Signs and symptoms of puerperal sepsis

Puerperal sepsis is a postpartum complication followed by childbirth. Signs and symptoms of puerperal sepsis are Fever, foul smelling vaginal discharge, pale skin, pain in the lower abdomen, loss of appetite, headache, increase in heart rate etc and is considered as the major cause for maternal mortality and morbidity.


Question: A woman with 101 degrees Fahrenheit temperature, having foul vaginal discharge with loss of appetite,  heart rate of 120 bpm was recorded. What can be the possible diagnosis?
