Early diagnosis of Placental Insufficiency

Placental insufficiency can be diagnosed early when the mother or caregiver notices that the size of the uterus is smaller than in previous pregnancies and the fetal movements are not adequately identified than expected, which usually happens when the baby is not growing properly. If there is vaginal bleeding or preterm labour contractions with placental abruption we can go for diagnosis.

Question: Is there a greater risk of hypertension or diabetes due to placental insufficiency? Yes/No
