What leads to Placental insufficiency?

Placental insufficiency  is a uteroplacental  vascular disorder that is  triggered  by  usage of  medications and lifestyle habits  Common causes linked to placental insufficiency are diabetes, hypertension, blood clotting disorders, anemia,  medications (particularly blood thinners), smoking and drug abuse. Placental insufficiency may also occur if the placenta  is not developed or doesn’t attach properly to the uterine wall, or if it breaks away.

Question: Lower levels of  hemoglobin leads to placental insufficiency yes/no
