“All-fours” maneuver

It is a technique used to deliver the baby during complications such as shoulder dystocia. The mother is asked to go on all-fours (on hands and knees). This helps in increasing the pelvic dimensions thereby helping to change the fetal position. Downward traction helps on the posterior shoulder and helps in freeing the impacted shoulder.

Question: What is another term for “all-fours” maneuver?
