Vasa Previa has no definite treatment. Sometimes Vasa Previa resolves with pregnancy and if you are diagnosed in your pregnancy, then you will be called for regular follow ups and ultrasound to monitor the condition closely. The main objective of the management is to allow the pregnancy to progress as safely as possible. Pelvic rest is recommended which means the person can not have sex and nothing should be placed in the vagina.
